This Privacy Policy explains how we process the personal data of people who use this website and contact us through it. We are committed to transparency and to protecting your privacy in accordance with the GDPR.

Kwiatowa 1, 12-200 Pisz, Polska, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000807203 (Sąd Rejonowy w Olsztynie, VIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego), tax ID (NIP) 8491592881, REGON 384590981 (the “Controller”).

2. What data we process

We process the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form: your name, e-mail address, optionally your organisation, and the content of your message.

In addition, when you use the website, we process data collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools (see the Cookie Policy for details).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Handling enquiries and contact - Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract and the Controller's legitimate interest in responding).
  • Sending marketing information about Paged LabTech services - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), where granted.
  • Analytics and improving the website - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent to analytics cookies).
  • Fulfilling the Controller's legal obligations - Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  • Establishing, pursuing or defending claims - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary; however, providing your name, e-mail address and the content of your message is necessary to handle an enquiry sent via the form.

5. Recipients of data

Data may be entrusted to entities processing it on the Controller's behalf, in particular providers of hosting, enquiry-automation and web analytics services - solely to the extent necessary for the stated purposes and under data processing agreements.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

In connection with the use of analytics tools (Google Analytics), data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, including the USA. Such transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards referred to in Art. 46 GDPR (standard contractual clauses) or a European Commission adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework). Analytics data is collected only after you give your consent.

7. Data retention

Form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and then until the limitation period for any claims expires. Data processed on the basis of consent - until consent is withdrawn. Analytics data - for the periods indicated in the Cookie Policy.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

9. Cookies

The website uses cookies. The rules for their use and how to manage consent are described in a separate Cookie Policy.

10. Automated decisions and profiling

Your data is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling producing legal effects.

11. Changes to this Policy

The Controller may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page together with the date of the last update.
