- Legal obligations and defence of claims - Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be entrusted to providers of IT, automation and analytics services. For analytics, data may be transferred outside the EEA on the basis of appropriate safeguards (Art. 46 GDPR).
Retention period
We keep data for as long as the matter is handled and until claims become time-barred; data processed on the basis of consent - until consent is withdrawn.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
Voluntariness and profiling
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle an enquiry. Data is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
